S5 - 4.2 FSI V8 6MT

Those are the only 2 launch configurations on this side of the pond.

Is it me, or does the fog lights on the A4 look like an afterthought? On the S5, there's perfect symmetry with the foglight and the grill surround. For the A5, it's cur into the bumper. I think it could have been lowered a bit. Almost makes me think that when they were done with the design, they forgot to add the foglights, and quickly slapped them on.

That's the only quirk I see in the new A5/S5. I love everything else that is there. Audi has a big hit on their hands!

agreed with the foglight thing. also, i think its funny that everyone posts pics of the A5 interior / dash that shows redline at 4500...everyone's (usually, not here) like "wtf, that thing redlines so low" not realizing its the TDI thats not making it to the US ( i think...)

it's all about the angles. the foglight thing is that it's the same position as the S5, just that the S5 has a bigger intake so it looks off. but this thing is badass.

Just for the sake of conversation,

Does anyone in here think that an aftermarket company will fabricate a bodykit for this beast!! That would give the extra styling cues it needs to shut those doubters (BMW assholes) up!!

^^^More than likely, it'll be tastefull. Alot of the above mentioned companies typically do stuff that's not too "over the top", unlike most of these other "jack-legged" companies who make their target cars look like space ships.

The A5/S5's parts are going to look hot as hell.
