HEY... let me change the subject and add a quick post that might make one laugh!!

I was looking at Kersher and Oetty front bumpers online and the wifey was like "why do you keep looking at other peoples cars"? Well, because im thinking about changing the front end. She says "but why, you already have a bumper"? All I could do was sit back and laugh. Typical women and the dont know nothin about nothin when it comes to cars and dudes and their rides.

Hey, how about I go smash a DEER? Maybe then she will say "now you need a new bumper".

Just tell her it's like when she wants a new pair of shoes, and you say "Why? You already have shoes." That might explain it a little better.

GAT DAMNIT IM BURNING COOLANT!!

Noticed the white smoke from rear a couple days ago, i figured it was just condensation due to the cold weather, like how you can see your breathe in the cold.
But its not, its coolant. My coolant tank was way under the minimum line. Not to mention the aroma of steamy coolant juices when i stepped outside. I topped it off already, $10 for one pint of G12 at Winchesters, pricey but a closer drive than the local VW dealership.

Yeah i figure my head gasket is probably no good, i wonder if thats an easy DIY or should i have it taken in, if i do the latter, i'll be inclined for the shop to repair many more problems, and then the bill will be huge.

Audi = Pay to play, except replace play with the word drive.

both of you, MYBMW05 and burner799, you better just leave it as that. i know this is the "OFFICIAL: NorCal Chatterbox Thread" but you gotta be kidding me. personal attacks/threats against other AZers will NOT be tolerated and i hope i'm making that very clear. the next time something as ridiculous as what just took place yesterday happens again on AZ, expect your account to be suspended or worse terminated.

i also do not care about who started what, to me that's beside the point and based on all the posted crap from both parties, it's totally irrelevant.

if you guys cannot get along, which is obviously the case, then just ignore each other, there are plenty of threads out there for you not to run in each other or if you do to just go to another thread.

any further follow-up you guys like to do, take it off this forum/website.

Hey for you snowboarders, i got a quick question ^^. Are you guys goofy or regular? I'm regular but for some reason I feel more comfortable with my right foot in front when I board, but if I switch over to goofy, I can barely stay up. I know this ain't normal cuz regular should have left foot in front, how would I solve this wierd problem?

Speedy...

Its gotta be your stance/binding position on the snowboard. Its always good to go with your normal stance as it would be on a skateboard.

If your a beginner fid the center stance but actually mount up 1 to 2 holes back from center. Rear should be squared up (straight across the board) and the front should be slightly turned so that your toes are further forward than your heel. You also want to start with a stance that is about shoulder width.

Im regular and normally run my stance center and bindings squared but on powder days I will go back a couple holes. On cruising days, I will turn the front binding so my toes are at 11 o'clock.

I'm right handed, I have tried goofy, but I couldnt even slide myself over to the lift w/o falling.

Nothing wrong w/ that. That will let you carve alot better and stay on edge when your bombing down the Mt.

Whats fun is alot of the resorts are setting up boarder cross style runs! Take your friends and last one to the bottom buys lunch

I like the technical runs, the runs with easy to intermediate jumps/ramps and grinds :] I'm still too scared to try the super pipes =/

although i can do the jumps and crap, i find it more fun to ride all mtn.. and i cant really do both in one day cuz i hav either my all mtn board (set up for speed) or my freestyle board (set up for..well.. freestyle)

this season sucked though. I went up and got some icy b.s. I have an all mountain board but, honestly the burton malolo is much better in powder. Set back stance and a wider nose than tail makes for some great powder riding. Too bad that "az tahoe gtg" never actually went down.

My biggest mistake one time was going big on my first run only to eat it because the landing was freakin ICE! Bruised and nearly dislocated shoulder kept me out the rest of the day.

I just got two new boards the other day. Went M3 this time around.
