Damage is in the left side of the rear bumper and valance from what I can see. I want the dealership to look at any/all other details that may have been damaged as a result (i.e. parking sensors, exhaust, etc.).

I was thinking of taking it to Barrier Audi in Bellevue because I've had relatively good experience with their service department. I am just wondering how skilled they are with paint jobs? They don't outsource it anymore, right? Its done in-house? Because its completely her fault (cop and witness backing me up), I want to make sure the car is good as new at any expense.

I'm expecting to get a brand new rear valance and will fight for a new OEM bumper. Worst case, I'm assuming they would sand down, prime, paint, etc. the entire bumper (and not just spot treat it) to make it look perfect. I'd prefer to have a shop work in euro cars (Audi & Saab) to be exact since my other ride is a Saab and would like to funnel business to the same shop.
