RNS-E install info for C5 and B5 folks

Lee Hicks (NSXJR) and I have been compiling a set of installation instructions for the A6 (C5 folks). This info is intended to help those with a C5 A6/S6/allroad/RS6....but it is certainly applicable to those with a B5 A4/S4/RS4.
