My car has been to dealer A for the same problem 3 times now. The passenger door has been out of alignment and has not been shutting properly. Additionally, Dealer A would not cover my peeling issues on my air conditioner unit, and also my door handle claiming that it was "wear and tear"
I took my car to Commonwealth, although it is about 40 mins away, and they addressed all the problems promptly. They even told me why my door was not closing properly after they properly aligned it. Apparently, Dealer A broke some clips that hold the rubber in place when they went in for a window regulator.
I had some parts ordered, and they even mailed me a notification that the parts had arrived.
Now that is customer service [up]
