Anyway im a little bit pissed off at purems for sending me the wrong side window regulator, but hearing many good things about Mike Kim and how he runs this I figure I would colm down a bit. IF anyone has a direct contacty with him please let him know my problem and get back to me as soon as possible. I cant have my window supported by two sticks.


btw whats up with them notpicking up their phone? Customer service?

Sorry for the mixup, mistakes do occassionally happen. We'll have a new one shipped out right away.

it's probably just a mistake, which everyone's allowed to do from time to time. They're a small shop, I've always had my emails responded to quickly.

I'm sure mike will make everything right, he's a great guy that runs a top notch business.
