Have you tried calling them? They've been having some problems getting their email. It's supposed to be fixed, but they may have lost your email. It's always best to call.

They will answer the phone and help you out.

Yea wasn't to pleased with their service either, I ordered a few parts including clear side markers for my B5. They sent me smoked instead of clear so I called them up and they said they for me to return them with a not and they would rush them asap. 2 weeks went by no side markers, called them up and they said that they didn't have any in stock, but would be getting a shippment very soon and they would send them out as soon as they arrived. Well about 4-5 months later and no side markers, ohh well I sold the B5 anyways. I probably could have kept calling them to see what happened, but thats their job and that part of their customer service, and for $40 I wasn't going to cause a big stink, just wont ever give them my buisness.

i had a problem with a BBK for my golf (oem audi 5000 turbo calipers/carriers w/performance pads, fluid, and brembo disks)
both front and rear pads were returned due to damage or wrong part. took some time to get my refund on it. also the caliper on one was damaged. they did work with me to get the problems sorted but it was a pain in the ass to go through that when they said the kits are individually checked, and i dealt with 4 problems

Sorry to hear about your issues.

Here's a price; H&R spring set; $217

I'd have to get a price for the S4 sway tomorrow. I am happy to help if you'd like.

Just let us know guys.

Best,
Jeremy

Ive had delt with Adam about a leaking Hepu water pump they sold me.
It sucks that I had to go in and replace it again myself after only a few thousand miles, but they were really prompt about shipping me a new one....

Yes, our email server crashed & we lost all emails that were in the inbox along with others, so sorry about that.

We are open 10 hours a day (Mon-Fri, 7-5 EST), the best time to reach us is in the morning, the earlier the better. As the day goes by it gets very hectic & the phone calls & emails just start pilling up. It seems that everybody likes to call between 2-5 EST.

Not offering a excuse, just letting everyone know the situation & giving you the best options on how to reach us.

If you are having other issues, beyond these, you can email me directly at tom@ecstuning.com

I would recommend that if customers have a issue or a need that needs to be handled in a prompt manner to call not email. If very difficult to juggle hundreds of emails by trying to figure out how urgrent they are, in fact it almost impossible.
