Boost Guage

Which brand of boost guage are you guys using? Which one fits the best? Can someone please post step by step picture instruction on how to install them on the TT? I've notice most people use one of the AC vents for the guage, is it hard to do that myself? What do I need? Thanks

Talk to ttschwing on audiworld to get a little metal ring to go in your center vent. Then you can get any one of a bunch of gauges out there and use the little ring to make it fit right in like it was always meant to be there.

I use an autometer sport comp but right now the gauge-du-jour seems to be the defi egauge. VDO also looks pretty good in our cabins.

Its not a very difficult install but you'll want to set aside a few hours if you've never worked on the car before.

You can get Schwing's vent spacer here: http://modshack.info/. It will fit 52mm gauges in your AC vent. You'll need to take your vent apart to install it. The Defi gauge that's in that ncttrnl mentions is the Defi D-Gauge. It's been discontinued so better get it quick. It's available at egauges.com.
