Although many have said that David at Eurocode has some awesome service, I am one that always needs first hand experience to believe it.
About a month ago, I decided to to purchase the KO4 kit from Eurocode Tuning. The main reason why I went to Eurocode Tuning is because my friend, Bryan (1-8-T Bryan) was a victim of the SKO4 from Neuspeed and magically, the chipfather solved all his problems and some more. With great encouragement and confidence my friend Bryan influenced me to go ahead with David.
After getting on the phone with David several times, we encountered several problems. First, he ran out of intercoolers and second, ran out of test pipes. Rather then lying to me and telling me that both things were "Coming in soon" like most other tuners that I've dealt with, David gave me exact dates of arrivements for the intercooler and testpipe. I may be stapped for time because of my upcoming vacation, David gave me his word that everything will be here within 2 weeks.
And what do you know, I got the the K04 turbo kit along with the testpipe today [up]! And it's only been less then a week. Shipping up here to Canada was also a breeze to my surprise. He shipped it Friday last week and voila I get a surprise from the mailman today.
Doing business with David has been awesome. Although there were several problems we encountered, he was honest and straight up with me and helped me with everyhting along the way even though I called 50 times a day. I'm glad I dealt with Eurocode because sadly in Toronto, there are no trust worthy vendors here to support Audi enthusiasts. So [up] [up] for David.
Although skeptical before, I'm definetely not anymore.
