He sent a bad check for a brand new RS4 bumper. I know I am too nice to ship the bumper before the check was clear. I just hope no one will fall for that again.
I did a search on VWVORTEX and he scammed a few guys there as well

He email me for a pic of the Strat HX BPV I am selling (because when you email people on the AZ, the email does not shownup). When I figured out that was him, he quickly deleted his sig where it was shown the RS4 bumper.

I can't believe when I posted on the Midwest forum, no one willing to help me out. May be he just hiding at home since he scammed so many people already. I bet he will shown up again. Anyone help me find him to get my money back will get half of the money. He is in Cincinnati.

You can try to sue him in Small Claims court. There's a $46 fee for Hamilton County (which the defendent pays if the plantiff wins.) However, you might have to show up in court. You can always pay an attorney to show up for you, but that gets difficult. Alternatively, if you know someone in the area you can always give them power of attorney and have them show up for you as well.

You can probably include the cost of flying out there to resolve this issue in your claim (air flight/hotel/lost pay from work) and the judge could decide in your favor. Its a gamble, but it might be worth it. I don't think you can sue for lawyer fees tho.
