technically, i wasn't in an hov lane. i was in the merge lane that becomes an hov (lines were still dotted).

I was there to go around a truck going 50mph in the left hand lane. I passed, and was back into normal traffic prior to the lane going back to full hov status. cop said i didnt. he was full of dook.

Man that blows. My story was worst lol ! Last month i saw a friend i know with his bf is their Z, his bf just gunned it heading south and i was behind him but went north at somewhat normal speed of 68 or so mph, so like 10s later i see cops chasing after me and he pulled me over and question me why i was racing the Z... I told him how could I, he went South and i went North, so then what was fuc#ed up was he thought i was the Z. I was like WTF, my car is black and his is white. Dumb cop. I got away clean thank god. Once again SPU at its best...
