I have catless downpipes, I am able to erase all the codes from my ecu at any time, if I erase the codes right before I go in to the testing facility would my car pass? If no what would be the best tune that eliminates the downstream o2 sensors I'm using giac right now. I hope I'm asking the questions in the right spot.

I'm not sure if I will be able to answer your question correctly but form what I understand you may not pass visual inspection (if they give it) and that no cats = fail.
Even people with high flow cats need an O2 spacer or some "angler" to pass and/or keep their check engine light off.
I'm not sure a tune would fix whether or not you pass. If they see that the O2 sensor is not ready, you'll probably fail.

If you delete the CEL right before you go in, when they hook up your car to scan it, it will say the car is not ready to test. You will have to drive it 10-15 miles after erasing the CEL for it to be ready to test, and hope the CEL doesnt come back. Thats what happened with me anyway

Thanks for answering my question, I drove today and it took about 40 miles for the cell to come on.
