Does anyone have any great recommendations for an Intake? CAI?

I would say this is the one that is high quality but benefits are a bit more of a discussion.

Custom. Everything else you buy will be close to 400 and do nothing for you. Make a custom intake that runs into the bumper. Frozen boost.com will have everything you need you just need to measure and mock up first

Check this item on ebay. Item number: 190673882876 This will work on Audi 2.0T FSI without mods. I purchase this for my A3 2006. The filter is good but you can purchase an upgrade K & N for another 25 to 30 dollars.

Hope this help.

From what I've read, you won't really gain anything with an intake on the B8 A4 (aside from an annoying 'whistling' noise from the turbo at lower RPM's/light throttle). Save your money and buy the AFE dryflow drop-in replacement high-flow filter, and the Eurocode TruFit silicone intake hose. If there are any restrictions in the factory intake, these 2 parts should fix it. PLUS, you wont have an overpowering 'whistling' noise. These are the only mods I've made to my intake and I'm spiking at 25-26psi of boost without any problems (lots of airflow). Spend your hard-earned money on mods that will actually give you some great power gains. You won't gain much with an aftermarket intake.

you've got a stock 2.0T and you're pulling 25-26 psi of boost???? [o_o]

LOL no, it's not stock. Engine/performance modifications (other than the intake mods I listed in the previous post) include Stasis 91 octane stage 1 tune, AWE intercooler, Eurocode high-flow intercooler pipe, Eurocode silicone intercooler hoses (which includes the larger-diameter turbo outlet adapter), and an AWE dual-exit exhaust. I'm reading the boost with an AWE vent-mount boost gauge (seems to be very accurate). It spikes between 25-26psi and holds at 21-22psi.

I'm no expert, but I'm going guarantee that this intake will not fit a B8 A4. It is designed for a transverse-mounted engine. The B8 A4 has a longitudinal-mounted engine. Of course this will work for a 2006 A3. It has a transverse-mounted engine and it's a 2006 (ebay listing is for a 2006-2008 VW Passat) [facepalm]
