Hello everyone,

I thought I'd try repainting my center caps rather than replace them. Here are the results. I definitely learned a lot and overall I should of sanded the center caps more before priming and painting. I'll probably redo this cap after I get the other three done. I spent around $20 for the Duplicolor products and $17 plus shipping for the 1Z einszett Silver Spray Paint. Special thanks to Detailers Domain.

A replacement cap would of cost me $56 from ecstuning.com

I like how it says "silber" on the can of silver.

The directions are in German. I had to guesstimate the wait times between coats.

I completed this project over the weekend with excellent results. Thanks for the writeup! It took about 1.5 hours between all of the coats and waiting for the products to dry. The only difference between this writeup and my final project was that I used Wurth Silver Paint and 150 sandpaper.
