I'm trying to get some people together to dyno on the dynojet at Mac automotive this Friday afternoon...let me know if anyone is interested so I can put you on the list...cost is $65 for 3 runs, but we'll get a cost break if we get 5 more people to join.

I went there earlier this year. Its a good place and I suggest everyone jumping in on it just to get a baseline. I havent added anything extra to my car so there would be no point for me to go, but when you get your numbers you should post them up. My numbers are in their computer too. Its under my name, Will's 2000 Audi S4. I would really like to see how the altitude affects our cars. Also try and get your uncorrected numbers because the corrected ones are for an NA correction factor not a turbo correction factor.

Do you know what or how much different the correction factors are between NA and forced induction? I remembered I took the GPS height at Mac last year, ~6000ft.

That's so true about the correction factors. But you can just divide by the factor and get your uncorrected numbers. The SAE is usually listed at the top of their printout.

BTW, we need a stock B6 A4 1.8T to show up for a baseline. Me and Jordan will pay for your dyno. Anyone care to take us up on this offer?

I can use the stock mode but i still have injectors and a DV

That might actually work, if it's in stock mode it shouldn't put out more fuel delivery...and I'm not worried about the DV. Van, any take on this?

I guess that could work.

Maybe you wouldn't mind doing one "stock" run for us?
Some beers in exchange? [:p] [up]

If it's 65 for three runs i don't mind it at all! i can really only switch between stock and 91 so i'm in.

That Dyno Dynamics machine is brand new and they have no baselines.....the dynojet we are going to has had many audi's on it, all the information to all the cars they have dyno'd is in their program...so there is more to base the real power #'s we would be getting off of the dynojet...for now at least.

yeah, but our baseline dyno'd way too high...I'm trying to get MAC to get me the uncorrected #'s to all our dyno's

Well you should have the correction factor on MACs printout. Mine was a 1.23. Just divide your numbers by the correction number to get uncorrected. Let me know

Check the B6A4 forum, Van should be posting our results by tomorrow.
