i ordered an owner's manual on February 28. It hasn't arrived and my card's been charged.
i e-mail, no response.
i call, no answer and the voice mail is full.
i faxed them, no response.
i think they went out of business just to scam my $24.
if anyone's in massachussetts, go by their store and see if they have my book.
