Should I install Neu Speed or H&R

I'm worried that the H&R Drop might be a little to much for the car, has anybody installed either one?

this is my old car with h&r lowering springs...personally i wanted more low.

@ DaCabrio, did you lower them to 30mm or 35mm, im thinking of lowering mine too.. and are those 18" wheels? whats the handling like? full turns ok?

thanks man, i actually dont own it anymore, but i still like to whore it. i cant quite remember on the springs, but they were just H&R sport springs from tirerack.Yes, the wheels are 18's. it improved the handling alot, it was very level around turns and the ride was still great. I had no problems with full turns. the only thing though is that in a year the oem shocks will get a little sqeaky and worn out.
