CABRIO IS NOT FOR OLD PEOPLE !!!!?

i love the dolphin grey 2009 2L audi a4 cabriolet i just picked but a few of my friends (one friend) tease me about the car being for older people , originally i didn't care too much what people though but when i saw an old couple drooling over the car in a parking lot i wondered if there is something i could do to make it more young looking .in an ideal world i would love to steer away from things that give problems .i specifically got the 2009 to have the rs4 looking mags because i felt they looked more aggressive . lowering the car would make it look more aggressive but i live in montreal canada where the roads are filled with crater like holes so im guessing that would not be great idea . i just got rid of my grand cherokee srt8 in part for that reason , in larger part for the gas un-economy .

Clear corner the headlights, add exhaust tips (or a full exhaust would be even better). An RS4-look bumper and grille would also add a more aggressive look. Most of all, enjoy the car and don't worry about what your friends say about it. Give them a ride, and they'll change their minds!

^ this and wheels and lowering springs. i see old people driving my kind of cabrio ,but i dont care. they just stare at it in awe. i do get my friends saying that its for girls ,but then i take them for a fun ride and shut them up haha.

cabrios in-general are for the less sporting crowd...but let's face it, how many people track their daily drivers? 1%? 2%?

My S4 c@b is bone-stock and will stay that way until I get rid of it. I get a lot more attention from 20-30 somethings than older people.

I wouldn't worry about what a friend or two thinks...what is he driving?

Personally I see it as an accomplishment that I was able to afford a car at 21 that most people couldn't get until their midlife crisis. Like eMacPaul said an exhaust upgrade would add some noise to it which may give it a 'sportier' sound.

Now a sebring...that has retired written all over it

cai ,chip, RS4 grill ,bumper and exhaust is defiantly on my list but i was thinking of not going too crazy $$$ right away i was thinking of getting my rs4 like rims painted dolphin grey to start has any one here done this or seen it and if so what are your impressions i searched but was not able to find a picture of my mags painted grey like the car . what about de badging i feel like it might look like im embarrassed that its an A4 2.0

i would of loved to put tinted windows but getting 2 tickets and spending 2 hrs removing them off my previous vehicle im really not down for that ,

Old my butt...I'm on Social Security and drive a cool/faster than a speeding bullet new TTRS. Just got rid of my RS4. When u see a grey/white hair older person, don't think anything bad, just smile and hope when u get old enough to retire u can afford something as HOT, and still shift those gears.

I think the cabs are actually more for women, especially if it is the 4cyl. No offense meant, I used to have a cab, but when I passed other ones - always female and middle-old aged.

B6 owner here and i ve seen many old people drives audi but who cares... as long we ENJOY our rides as well. [:p]
