Here are some pictures of my 2003 A4 Cab. Not much done but i like the looks of it.
It will be a bit lower in the future i think.

The wheels are 19". 8,5" wide in front och 9,5" in the rear. 235/35 and 265/30 are the tire dimensions. It was a pretty tight fit in the rear. No fender mods but 1.6 degree camber. (messured with IAlign on a iphone so i dont think thats an exact number)
