C6 Allroad- when?

Hi folks, currently a happy 2000 A4 Avant owner. I've been eyeing an Allroad ever since I moved to NH. Now that the new C6's are coming out, and I absolutely adore the new body style, I'm thinking I want to purchase a C6 Allroad when they come out. I can't seem to find any dates as to when it will be released in the states though and was wondering if it has been announced yet? Also, do you guys think the pricing be similar to the current model Allroads?
