parking light stopped working

so my parking lot on passenger side stopped working. blinker still works thought. thought it was the bulb, changed and same problem. i know there are 3 wires that go into this light plug. im guessing its 1 power for blinker, 1 power for parking, and 1 for ground. is this correct? has anyone else had this problem or is it even possible i lost power only to the parking light? fuses are good.

You can meter it to find out what the wires are for, that way you will know if you are getting power at the bolb or not. It could also be a bad relay.

so i finally got this fixed. i had my wedding and honeymoon coming up and didnt have time to work on the car. paid a guy who did side work to keep car while i was out of town. i must of over looked the problem because he found it where i was looking. power wire was corded according to him in the fender. it was hot until it needed to be used. replaced 1" of wire and charged me 240. F'ing prick. took him a week extra too after returning from my honeymoon.

I'm getting the same problem right now. Can you explain a little more about how the guy fixed the problem? Both sides of my front parking light aren't working but the turns are working.

sorry for late response, what he did was removed wheel, fender guard. wires for parking light and blinker run through top of inside fender in a plastic tube cover. i drove my car for quite a white without that weather guard in the fender so water must of gotten in there and corded part of the wire. he just cut out the bad section and repalced with a new piece of wire. simple enough. mad i didnt see it myself.
