Anyone know about AAH cams???

Picking up a set of new AAH cams, wondering if they are worth it or I should re-sell them? Anyone know of 12V's with this mod?

Yeah, I did a search but there was a buttload of info that came up. From the little that I managed to find they are a direct fit and keep the valves open longer? Does that sound right? I also found that the AAH engine runs off 95 oct. fuel where as my AFC runs off 87... I'm wondering if the cams will need octaine booster or if they'll be alright with U.S. premium and race gas every now and then?
I think Nate's looking to come down to do his cams and EFK, we'll have to see when mine get in and have a little tech day at my place [:D]

did nate talk to you about installing his carputer as well? theres still a few parts to be bought from what i'm told, we may be taking saturday afternoon for shopping. we'll see.

there could be three 12Vs in the same place at the same time. oh boy! LOL

I always use 92+ or higher octane for my 12v
as for the cams.. i dont think that you'd need to change the gas.
I always wanted some 264 cams but the aah ones are cheaper. i'd email Mr .d 12v and ask him.

btw are the three of you other 12v'rs adding in carputers?
i'd like to see em when they get done! I was thinkin of the same thing but using a laptop. (how plain).

as far as i know i won't be installing a carputer this weekend. i can't say for tim though. and we'll definitly have pics of nate's when it gets finished.

I've actually got Mr.D knee deep in another issue I was having [:D] I'll see if I can slip this one in.

I wish I was installing a carputer. If I do it will be a laptop as well but I'd like to add the components to the car, i.e., mouse, keyboard all Bluetooth. That way I can take the laptop with me and not worry about it sitting in the car.
