For those that missed it, about 5 minutes into the first quarter of the super bowl, Audi ran their ad. It was pretty funny, but not the best of the night. Sadly, I don't think anyone will remember it in 2 months or will it encourage them to get to their Audi dealer.

It was too long IMHO, and didn't stick as well as the one for the [then] new A6 feat. Jason Statham in different eras in Bimmers and MBs. The "old" man being able to effortlessly jump through the window above the door feet-1st made me laugh tho. Kenny G... [=(]

They had two on the CNN webpage yesterday. One was interviewing Kenny G as a prison guard....lame

Thought it was a clever, mildly humorous ad. It's more 'intellectual' than your average super bowl ad (e.g. Tostitoes and Pepsi ones), and so you actually had to process what was going on. I think it would impact the A8's target market to view Audi as a new luxury alternative.

This particular one was good, but on CNN, it was just a 2 minute interview of Kenny G in the guard uniform and I never saw a car and I don't think it even mentioned Audi until the end.

I agree. It was humorous but took a bit too long to develop. Unless you knew it was going to be an Audi ad, you could be turned around for a bit.

I found it clever, and my dad actually called me when the ad finished to ask if his MB makes him look old. Clearly effective on certain groups. He is eagerly awaiting the new S6
