fog lights question

one of mine isnt working
are there lightbulbs inside them, or the whole thing needs to be replaced?
also is there any way to make both rear fog lights work?

You can change the bulb itself. Once you remove the housing, you'll see how it comes apart....pretty straightfoward.

I can find the horizontal adjustment but not vertical...
