need help with aftermarket hid and fogligts inop

whats up people, i'm need to the audi/vw scene just pickup my 03 a4 1.8t about a month ago. been restoring it bring it up to par but i have a dilemma, i bought it with the hid installed the work fine looks like 6000k which i'll probably switch out for 4300k but my fogs front and rear are not working....check bulbs their good, foglight fuse is nowhere to be found or the foglight relay......have done many searches and can't find any concrete answers anywhere???? can anyone point me in the right direction

nobody knows where the foglamp relay is located??????

just found out the original owner replace the light switch with an aftermarket one .....would that make a difference?

Yes, depending on switch compatibility or connection.. also, were stock fog housings/ bulbs used?
