Aftermarket LED headlights- few questions

So, a couple quick questions- first off, I have a 06 A4 2.0 T, so its the B7 chassis. It has standard halogen headlights (stock) currently. I was looking at either of these:

Question 1- My car does not ahve a "setting" for DRL. The headlight switch has "Off", "Auto", "Parking", "On", and two foglight settings. As such, will I be able to use the LEDs as DRL? Id like them on all the time.

Question 2- in the disclaimers for the second product, it makes some claims that you should buy these lights if your car has an auto setting on the headlights, or automatic rain sensor washers. My car has both options, but I dont understand how or why they would impair the headlights.

Anyone have any ideas?

I would just some B7 S4 headlights. Someone I know used to have those headlights and they looked ricey.

I think you can use the "Parking" for your DRL lights since it would turn on when you're in "Parking".

I think its just a disclaimer for people that don't have those options, you don't have anything to worry about.

I just installed a set of projectors with DRL in my buddies 2006 A4 2.0T and they looked great!
It was pain in the butt to do but after 3 hours it was done.
I would not buy a set with FREE HID kit offers because HID kits are really cheap and most likely wont look good.
He ordered it and it came with free HID kit. We installed it and tested the kit and one ballast was flickering and another bulb was different color. He got one bulbs 6000k and other 8000k even tho both said 8000k. I ended up selling him one of my kits and problem was fixed
Save few dollars and get one without the HID kit then go and buy one from places like DDM or something or PM me and i can hook you up with a H7 kit.

My question also is if I put OEM lights on my car would it void my warranty
