A friend from Central America sent these to me yesterday - they don't see this display down there[:)]
For you Canadien members, I know this is normal, but for me as a lad many years ago in Rhode Island, seeing these pics brought back memories of cold and clear January nights[:)]
BTW, there also exists aurora australis for our Southern Hemisphere members - throw some pics up, mates[:)]

I've never seen these and I grew up in Minnesota... :( I do want to someday.

I would if I could, I only posted images my friend sent me[:(]
Would imagine there's a lot on Google photos - likely with more colors, and more vibrant[:d]
Suggest Google search aurora borealis and/or Northern Lights.
