I went and had the car dyno'd and hit 193 HP and 211 ftlbs at the wheels. Not really what I wanted but not too bad.
This is on a 180 FWD on pump gas.
Here are the mods that would affect wheel HP. Some affect performace and others just decrease mass so they might affect the readings a bit.
GIAC X-chip
APR 2.5 inch DP
Forge Samco TIP
Forge Samco IC Hoses
Forge FMIC
Forge DV
KN Filter
Ligther stuff
ECS Tuning Clutch/Flywheel
Wilwood Brakes
I know I have other stuff done but I honestly can't remember all of it at this point. I know I gasket matched my intake among other various things.

I know people will see the #'s and not think its much. But I bet that car moves like a bat outta hell. So light and nimble. Must be a blast to drive.

Its only about 5-10 hp off a modded 225 and I weigh about 400 lbs less.
It is pretty fun to drive.

5-10 hp is off an unmodded 225. with just a REVO chip it brings it up to 205-265hp depending on how it is set up. The 180 is about 250 lbs lighter than the 225, not 400lbs (of course I do need to loose some weight, but not 150lbs[:(] ).
Not to diss the front wheel drive, but the quattro with the extra hp is real fun to drive.
I am off to Laguna Seca next weekend[:D] [drive] [tt]

An unmodded 225 only puts about 180 to the wheels. My statement of 5-10 HP might have been maybe 5HP too low but saying I'm the same power as an unmodded TT is insulting. A modded TT making say 275 at the crank will only make about 220 to the wheels.
A 225 with REVO is not 265 to the wheels. I've seen a very few well modded and tuned cars hit almost 250 with similar mods to mine but most are much lower and many are not using pump gas.
Had I not been running extremely rich, I probably could have made significantly more HP. I will be dynoing again in a couple months after I hopefully solve my fueling issues.
Here is my A/F if you don't buy the "I was running rich" argument for lower power

Power does seem a little low... your HP figure is actually deceptively high, as the area under the curve is very low for the lower and middle rev range. Maybe I missed it, but what kind of boost numbers are you seeing? I have a 180 FWD, but it's in a GTI. I dyno'd with less mods than you, but ran race gas on 93 octane programming, and made 200 HP and 276 TQ. Your air fuel should be around 14-15 at 2000 rpm and slowly taper down to around 12:1 at redline. That's what is most likely causing your problem.
Here's a pic of my high torque run, compare my HP curve to yours and you'll see what I mean. They really shouldn't be that different.
