Real bored so I wrote a book. My 98 A4 through my 3 years of ownership

Just a warning what I wrote is a book. I was really bored so it is very long winded with a lot of pictures. I am going to update it soon because me and the gallery were not getting along.

Picked up a 1998 Audi A4 1.8t qm a little over 3 years ago. Came home stock from dealership with cold weather package, sport steering wheel, and moon roof. Started to mod it soon after.
This is the car after debadging it. Also shows the m3 spoiler installed.

The next thing done was supposed to suspension but because of back orders a full Reiger kit went on first. This is a picture with front bumper, sides, rear valence, and Hagus mirrors installed.

Suspension was finally put on a few weeks later.

After these mods were done I did a few real little things. Removed the ski bag, just kidding at that being a mod. Installed one of those red armrest leds, s4 wheel well liner, and an APR snub. Let the car like this for about a year till I decided to sell it. Took the kit and suspension off and sold the kit. After
driving the car around stock for a few months without any offers of what I thought I should be getting for it I decided to keep it. Left it another few months until I put the suspension back on. Before I got the chance to mod it again my tensinor went but the timing belt stayed on and car was fine.

At this point I installed an SPP EFK.
About 3 weeks after my tensionor went my trans went and I had to get it replaced with a used one. That cost a pretty penny.
Once getting the car back I had it tinted 20% rear and 35% front. I also ordered and installed 17" Flik Justices the day I got it back from the tint shop.

I also installed a V1 soon after and put the hidden display in the ashtray.

The next mod was painted lowers.

I then did some small stuff which included a MOMO shift knob and a B&M short shifter.

The next job tackled was the sound system complete with carputer. An aftermarket Panasonic head unit was put into the glove box and a 6.5" touch screen was put into a custom molded dash faceplate. Rear speakers were upgraded to 6.5" Panasonics and a Sony xplode amp with a 10" Infinity amp were hooked up in the trunk.

The next mod done was a Borla cat back exhaust.

I wasn't happy with the faceplate and decided it would look better all one piece.

It isn't as silver as it looks in the pictures but once it gets warm again it will be redone black.
A boost gauge was put into the center vent.
The most recent mod I have done is a GIAC chip and just ordered new motor mounts and I also plan to upgrade the trans mounts to allroad ones. Many more mods are planned but money dictates plans.
