Anyone have an estimate for how long it takes to get from Halifax to Toronto? I know it's different depending on train vs. truck. Let's assume truck for the best case scenario! :)

Car has been loaded and the ship is crossing the Atlantic right now, should be in port Dec 2nd

Esoteric ... I just looked up the Lapis Arrow (http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/shipdetails.aspx?mmsi=308808000). Check out the 10 photos of the ship at that link. Its last port was Davisville Rhode Island, and its current destination shows as Brunswick, Georgia with an ETA of today, 11-21-2010. Last position received is http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/default.aspx?oldmmsi=308808000&zoom=10&olddate=11/21/2010%2010:52:34%20PM. I'd say the Lapis Arrow is on it's way back to Germany, as per that chart above, the ETA back in Emden Germany is "02/03 Dec" with Halifax scheduled for December 13th.

Thanks, I've been tracking the link myself. Late last week, it didn't look like it was heading in the right direction, but over the last few days, it seems to have set sail directly into the Atlantic.
