nm looks like 14x1.5 27mm, my current bolts are 14x1.5 28mm, i wont how much of a difference that 1 mm makes and if these will fit

Yeah the back says they are M14x1.5x27
You are more than welcome to test fit them if you want to meet up sometime

It will make virtually zero difference. The space between these two characters is about 1mm || (actually more than 1mm on my 15" laptop screen).
