Be done with Firestone, and take yourself to a true purveyor of excellent alignments: either West End or Bagge and Sons. Either one will get you set up. Neither charge so much that you need to worry about breaking the bank to get your alignment done again.

Lifetime alignments are a joke. I've got one on my Nissan Maxima from Scher Tire (Goodyear Dealer) and I don't even use it anymore because it's a joke. If your car falls within spec, they wont adjust it. That's it, period. They'll use every excuse in the book to avoid doing the alignment. Things like, "Your bushings are starting to look worn".
Whatever the case is, you'll never get it spot on like you do with the places Dan mentioned. I now take my Maxima to Darrin.

yea... dont do firestone.. i got the lifetime alignment on my car and when i thought something was wrong with it... they told me that there is nothing wrong with it but something was brushing up against it. so i paid for someone to do something about and my alignment was good ( not 100% fixed)... but like yall said they will avoid doing that for you at all cost.
