Will Lamin-X overheat OEM RS4 Fogs??

Just pulled the trigger with the gunsmoke on the headlamps, but the fogs look funny...

I read somewhere that the OEM RS4 fogs may overheat if they are 3m'ed / Lamin-x'ed??

I had Lamin-x on my S4 fogs and also my A6 fogs (which were projector fogs) and never had a problem with them getting too hot. I don't see why the RS4 fogs would be any different.
