View Full Version : Just arrived in Italy for business.. Gonna look for a salvage yard, ideas?

Not sure if I will find one with B5 (R)S parts, if one at all. But any ideas of what to try and grab from here would be sweet!

I might head up towards Germany as well to visit a few old friends so I might have better luck there.

Hmmmmm, Arriving in Italy for (wink) "business" (wink) the same weekend as the Italian Gran Prix at Monza........... thats quite the coincidence.........

If you could, and I'm dead serious........ a stock s4/rs4 shift knob ? cars preivous owner was a douche and put an autozone like...fake carbon fiber ball crap on there....ugh Replaced it with a nice plain leather one that matched the boot perfectly but...still

I can get a hold of lot's a RS4 stuff here in belgium, but the price to send it to US is what kills it...

Get me a price for an RS4 cluster. Shipping is easy for me.

You do know that OEM RS4 knobs are readily available in the US...right??

LOL, When I picture an Italian scrap yard I picture a quiet Tuscan field with cobblestoned aisleways with Alfas and Peugeots delicately disassembled and placed in organized piles with large potted plants and flowers lining the laneways. A quiet yet dignified old Italian gentleman spends more time tending to his garden than tearing down Audis. In the middle, A quaint cafe which seems oddly appropriate, offers a plethora of specialty coffees. A covered terrace with lattace lining the perimiter provides refuge from the midday sun...
