First of all, I'd like to thank Greg (400HPA4) for the chance to buy a piece of the new B7 RS4 to be used in my very own B6 A4.
My RS4 emergency brake (e-brake) handle arrived in the mail.

Here it is out of the bag. Note the metal clip at the bottom, you'll need a long thin screwdriver to pry against that to take the old one off.

Here's the tools used:

Step 1: Lift up the armrest and pull up the e-brake as high as it can go.

Step 2: Locate the metal tab on the existing e-brake handle. Pull the cover up a bit so you can expose the metal tab.

Step 3: Use the screwdriver to pry away (gently) the metal tab while pulling the e-brake cover up and off.

Here it is with the cover completely off:

OEM USP vs OEM RS4:

Step 4: Slide the RS4 e-brake cover back on making sure the metal tab clips back in.

RS4 e-brake installed (yes the car is very dirty... it's well below freezing with snow and ice in Ohio):

It goes perfectly with the Ultrasport interior... especially the shift knob and the steering wheel which also has the perforated leather (a.k.a. air leather):

That's it. Takes 5 minutes to do from start to end. [race]
