Rear window won't go all the way down??

My rear window won't go all the way down, still has about 5 inches more to go.
As it hits bottom it is as if it thinks it is actually at the bottom, or in other words it isn't snagging and the motor isn't try to repeatedly come down.
Any idea guys?

Probably adjustment issues. Take it to the dealer?

Same thing happened to my cab about a month ago - took it to the dealer and they fixed under warranty. Apparently a huge PITA as they had to remove the rear seat to reprogram/reset the window.

Wonder why they had to remove the seat if it was a reprogramme job. Would have though it would be a vagcom job?

Agreed, but for some reason the rear seat had to be removed. At least the service ticket said "R/R rear seat" and "R/R" usually means remove and replace.

As an update, for some reason the rear window in question is now fully working on its own! With no fix.....whats all that about?
