Windshield Frame Rattle?

I have a 2006 Cabrio & recently noticed a new rattle in the upper passengers side of the windshield frame. I was hoping someone could explain how to remove the plastic cover so I could tighten whatever it is that’s causing the rattle.
By the way, has anyone else has encountered this problem?

I had the same problem with mine, it was the latch that locks into the windshield pillar. Put the top down and make sure the phillips screws are nice and tight. thats prob what the rattle is
