I got the full Miltek Exhaust/Cat set up and putting diverter valves. Does anyone know if K&N makes a filter for the RS6. Every car I have had I have replaced the stock filters.

thanks,

Fred

I doubt K&N does, but MTM would know better. I dont know if I would want to risk it though. Audi air filters flow REALLY well for paper filters, and do a much better job of filtering smaller particles out than a cotton/mesh filter like a K&N.

I found a link throught a place that installs MTM products (good stuff) that lists ITG air filters as replacements. Never heard of them, but you might want to give it a look.

I know Dalhback racing has a good kit for your car.

I believe that all audi a6 have the same airbox. I know the 2.7, 3.0 and 4.2 are all the same part# from K&N. As for the RS6 I believe it to be the same as well.

I am running a K&N in my 2.7T. The performace diff is noticable when compared to the stock filter. The thickness is half of the stock filter. I have always been a fan of the K&N fiilters. I belived I only paid $45 for the filter. Good Deal.
