All-

My rear right brake light and rear right turn signal burned out a few days ago, just got around to getting to the Auto store and purchasing bulbs...went to the trunk and tried to install the bulbs but to no avail! There's no way to access the rear bulbs (that I can figure out) so I went to the owners manual which tells you to take it to Audi - not something I want to do, nor have time for (and I assume they charge you for this).

Has anyone replaced bulbs in the Cabrio - if so, what's the trick?

TIA

if its the same as my b6, first you have to remove the plastic circles inside the trunk, then a screw beneath on each side. then simply wiggle the taillights off (carefully) and you'll easily be able to change the bulbs.

Thanks, probably is how it's done. I took it to the dealer and they did it free of charge and I got a loaner as well, no complaints on my end.

Anybody else done this on the cab? I don't remember seeing any access panels, so I figured you'd have to pull the entire trim off?
