we shot the breeze at the stop light...

viva la avant franternity...

i spot quite a few of b5 and b6's in the south bay...most are fud-dud old women - who dont give a crap about "audi-love", and just keep on driving ahead...not even the "knowing nodd".

Saw an amazing A8 on Irving in SF. Slammed on 20s, black with tunershop.com stickers on it. The guy was getting out as I walked past, so I did the old "nice car".
I sure wish I had my camera. It was the sweetest 8 I have ever seen.

haha cool.. I didn't change the rims. I have stock rims on it. just lower the car make it looks bigger so looks like RS4 rims.. so you live around?

That was Noel from AW. Him and his brother were racing a previous gen Imprezza RS too, a blue one. I think he came up to talk to us for a second, but maybe not.

As for sightings, I saw a B5 and a B6 last Friday racing on Capital and Montague. B5 got pulled over though. Oh wait a minute, that was me.

I was up in San Luis Obispo (not exactly Norcal or Socal but anyway) and spotted a sick B6 black avant. Only saw it for about 2 seconds, but it was dropped, on black with polished lip 18s or 19s, and there was a brushed aluminum AZ in the back left window. Looked just like Saturnine's ride I believe.

Not an Audi but a VW GTI spotted in Millbrae

Looked kind of like Anthony's car but wasn't too sure but he stopped a few secs and looked when I parked the car. Too dark too tell who was inside the car.

Same color as Anth's car, OZ SLs, 6000-8000k HIDs, tint, looks like Votex kit.

Hehehehe, next time you see a lowered silver B5 with an S4 front bumper and Kinesis wheels, that's me. I work right off Bollinger close to Dougherty, and usually take off around 6pm. As for the B6 sedan, that sounds like Jeff's car. He works for Meguiar's, and is an Audi buff himself.

Did you notice the European trunk lid and european rear bumper, , the rear bumper makes the car look a little shorter, its a great fit with the OEM parts.

I saw an early S Avant(mid-early 90s) on 680 right before the 84 to Livermore.

It was Green. Older gentleman was driving. We were both stuck behind some bia bia in the fast lane, when he finally moved over, we both 'accelarated'.

I don't think he knew I was playing. BTW, a FULL tank of 100 octane is lovely. I miss having power.

Last night, driving 280S from Burlingame to San Jose, a silver 90 was behind/beside me for most of the way. You exited off onto 85S and I flashed my rear fogs and you high beamed me. It nice to commute home with fellow Audi's!

yesterday, saturday october 16 around hmmm 245P on el camino real in san bruno traveling south - a navy blue b5 avant..the kicker is...it had a cf hood.....and the cf hood had a dtmevolution decal on it. (i was able to see it cuz i was going the opposite direction and was first a stoplight in my babyhatch.)

frank that might have been me going home but i'm guessing you didn't see the car and model sticker in the upper rear window [:)]. i think you were behind me for a short bit in the far right lane and then moved over to the fast lane (right past the dixon landing exit)? i just remember a santorin S4 passing by but by the time i noticed you were 3 lanes over
