Is this just me or you guys feel da same way that Audi service isn't up to the std of "luxury" segments.... Seems like they are still living in the past of VW class...
Any outputs?

The Audi service guys here in Houston blow away the Bimmer service riders and Techs completely (Momentum BMW is horrible). Mercedes, Lexus, and Infiniti do a better job on the service rider/ waiting area (oak paneling is nice), but the work and cooperation seems to be about the same so far (and that's the important part to me). The one thing I don't like at all about Audi is the lack of loaner Audis (I hate getting random free "rentals").

The Audi dealer in Reno blows away the BMW dealer. I don't think they are up to the MB dealer though.
Thats what I am talking about..... if they can build a car at the level or MB, Bimmer, Lexie the....why not the services..... Good luck fellos n fellas.....
