Hello, Kinda new to the forum (Used to have an S4). Just bought a 2001 180Q TT. The turnsignal may flash a couple times or not at all. 4 ways seem ok. any ideas? thanks edward

Its the switch unit behind the hazard light button. Its known to go bad. You have to pull the radio and take out the switch from behind.... If you're under warranty, bring it to the dealer.

out of warranty, how hard to remove the radio? are we talking about the flasher/switch? thank for the info! edward

Its not impossible but its not an easy either.

You have to pull the radio using special little keys. They are nothing more than flat pieces of metal or plastic that push open some prongs to release the radio so you can make a set.

The you need to work the hazard light switch out from behind. Its in a big plastic housing with the seat warmer buttons and all that so that makes it a little mor interesting. The flasher unit is all one piece with the hazard button attached.

I'm at work right now but I'll dig around when I get home. I know someone posted information on how to do it on another site. I think maybe audiworld.

Yeah... what can I say... I'm lost with all this web stuff.
