I'd rather have KONI Coilovers on my own personal car.

We can something on a Group Buy on PSS9s, but it won't be for less than $1500.

I think last time for PSS9/10's for the B5's, none of the advertisers could go below like $1800. I have no idea why they are so much more expensive for us older cars.

Why do you prefer the KONI's over the PSS9's? I like the fact that you can adjust the dampening on the PSS9's for when i want a soft ride for normal driving and a stiffer ride for those drive in the mountains.

Im curious of the same thing. Monotube shocks are fantastic, and im guessing the springs are H&R.

Im also curious of if these shocks are adjustable compression/rebound; separately and not with one knob.

We cannot do $1500 shipped. You'd need about 15 people to get that price.

If you can find five (5) buyers, we can do them for $1624.95 shipped to your doorsteps.

No two people want the same from their suspension so my answer might sound a bit biased and/or opinionated, but I personally drive an '05 A4 1.8TQ every day with KONI Coilovers on it as seen HERE (http://photos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v859/31/46/1602134497/n1602134497_30052670_9493.jpg) and it rides darn near like it did with stock suspension. I've owned PSS9s before, and while I did not "dislike" them, per se, I personally would never go with PSS9s over KONIs based on how nice the KONIs ride (with dampening set in the middle). But then again, not everyone is necessarily looking for a "street friendly" kit. Some guys might like to track their cars, etc. If you're building a full-on race car, then the PSS9s just might be for you. At their firmest setting, they'll easily loosen your dentures. Maybe something I might like on the E36 M3 track car we're getting ready to build, but not on our B6. To each his own, though.

PM us for a great deals on KONI Coilovers if interested. We might be able to work some sort of GB on those. [drive]

Are the Koni's easily adjustable? Is it a PITA to adjust when it's on the car? e.g. Changing ride height for winter. Also, is it damping adjustable?

If you get 10 people, we can do better than $1500. There will be a wait, though, as we do not have that many in stock, nor does Bilstein. I have been doing Group Buys on these forums for the better part of a decade now and know one thing about GBs - THEY RARELY EVER WORK. 10 people coming together AT THE SAME TIME to buy a set of $150 springs is enough work, much let alone 10 coming together with $1500. However, if you can pull it off, let me know. If you can do it, I'd be very surprised, but doing better than $1500 wouldn't be a problem.

10 people for each model or 10 people over all? ie: B5 , B6 and so on. I know couple of people with B5 S4 looking for coilover. If this is moved to group buy section with better than $1500.00 price, I think this will have a very good shot. Track season is coming up.
