No better time to sell a condo than now. Condo prices are at an all time high in CA, and are 100% going to fall faster and harder than home prices. CA residential real estate typically hits its peak about every 8 years then falls back down. Well were in the 12th year, and are already starting top see rates slowly creep back up, and less buyers out there.

Man at RS4 is so damn sweet though...I'm counting the days.
