From Neuspeed's site:

The Haldex Performance Part will greatly improve the performance and handling of your Audi TT Quattro or Volkswagen R32. The kit consists of a new electronically controlled valve body, gaskets, and necessary hardware.

By re-tuning your vehicle's AWD system, power is more aggressively directed to the rear wheels under a wide variety of driving conditions. This results in more neutral handling characteristics and better off the line acceleration. This system does not intefere with ABS or Traction Control Systems.

This a simple plug-n-play application, no modifications necessary

They just got some in stock (2nd shipment) and I'm really interested in getting this on as it's more of an aggressive ramp up than the current unit.

I've seen this thing advertised before but I don't think anybody has tried it.

What's the matter? Not getting that Quattro feeling from your R32 :-P

A couple of guys in the US have done it....they are both on the Audiworld forum. TTSchwing and MPowerThis....

Here's MPower's write up:

got my wiring all situated. dumb ass tech! anyway, you really feel the rear kick in hard now! say you go to a downhill intersection right turn in 2nd gear. now you flick the car into it and nail the gas hard. when stock, the car goes in fine and fast, but as boost builds so does understeer......even with susp. & swaybar. but with the new set up, the boost builds, the rear connects and BAM you're rocketing thru the intersection. it FEELS like the rear is going to kick out, but it stays planted.

now for a launch, you rev to 3500 and quickly lift the clutch: stock, the front chirps loud and spins a hair and then the rear squats and your gone. now, eliminate the first part and start with "the rear squats and your gone"!!!!

i just did a U turn in an intersection and it wasn't raining, but sprinkling a little. the rear end stepped out under full throttle. it would of stayed if the car coulda redlined 3 more grand but i hit the rev limiter. now i've only gotten it to do that before, and not as dramatically then, when it was raining.

i got on the freeway and put it in 6th w/ cruise:
SAME mpg!!

only negatives: if you drive like a jackass and slam the car into corners with the addition of power midway thru = an abrupt onlay of rear drive. so it's not quite as smooth when you drive goofy. SO WHAT! if you're driving like that, you should be ready for dynamic reactions.

with torsen...shen you come into a corner the power applied down to the pavement is seamless almost invisible. Whereas w/ Haldex it's more of a mechanical feel to it as it kicks in you totally feel it...go from understeer to being completely on track. It's really difficult to explain once you've driven one and go to the other. But what i do like about haldex is the take offs are a lot easier and quicker...not as hard to launch it vs the torsen launch.

Been meaning to talk to you about that item, Foo. Figured you'd be one of the first I know to get it. [:)]

Neuspeed has it listed (http://www.neuspeed.com/products/product_details.asp?app=83|R3&type=23&ltype=ns_euro&p_id=1840) at $899.95.
