My new S4 was keyed on New Year's Eve

Yeah great way to start the New Year. It happened in S.F. in a parking lot. I guess some people or someone drunk walking buy decided to do up the whole driver side of my car from the front fender all the way to the rear. I'm always careful with parking my car in right place and look what happened. What a bummer.

I needed some advice from someone who might have had this happened to them before. My S4 is red and I assume it is going to be very difficult to color match my vehicle. Does anyone know any good bodyshops (in the bay area, CA)that color match very well and specialize in AUDIs??? Does anone know if I should go with my insurance's approved bodyshops?

Any other helpful advice regarding the insurance procedure or going about getting my car repainted would be great!

@!#$! haters!! Feeling your pain. Same thing happened to me a few years ago when I got my 330. I had it for all of 2 weeks before it was keyed up on the passenger side. They even wrote on one of the doors: "I hate BMW"

i feel ya my a4 got keyed about two months ago at school, alot got wet sanded out. they are gonna try filling it in w/matching paint and a fine brush

ill join snawb... i hate people like that. i hope they rot in hell... drunk or not thats no excuse... im durnk 5 days out of the week and i dont do shit like that... but then again im jsut a college student with a kegerator in my bedroom... not a good idea haha
