SpeedTuning Chip Group Buy $125 —10minimum required!

I think many people were missing the SpeedTuning group buy on AudiForum a while ago. I have contacted Oliver in SpeedTuning and he is happy to accept a group buy of the tune. Stage 1 or Stage 2 Power chip for the 1.8T (1.3bar). 2.8V6, 3.0V6 and TFSI($150) are also welcome!

"All 1.8T’s, 2.8l V6 30v, 3.0l V6 30v US$ 125.00.
All older 4.2l V8 and older S4 2.7T US$ 150.00.
All newer S, FSI and TFSI if we have them covered US$ 150.00, but check back with us first."

Price is $125(may vary, see above) + return shipping(2 day USPS US$ 10.00, USPS Express US$ 20.00)

So here is the plan:

"payment through, check or money order or cash to SpeedTuning, we would need a minimum of 10 already paid customers then the group buy starts, USPS 2 day shipping US$ 10.00, USPS Express shipping US$ 20.00. We would need your full name, address and phone number. "

When we have more than 10 buyers, buyers pay $125+return shipping cost of your choice to SpeedTuning and specify the informations (name, address, phone number, ride etc). After ST received all the payments, than we can send out the ECUs individually with a note that includes the buyer’s informations, etc so that ST knows you have paid.

I am just an organizer of this group buy, payment will made by the buyer directly to SpeedTuning.

Come on! Don’t miss this chance!![race] Spaces will be filled up very soon!

If interested, you must first send me a PM listing:
Your name
Your address
Your phone #
Your engine
Your tranny
This is your comitment to buy

Important:
Speedtuning must recieve at least 10 payments before they accept ecu's to work on in order to honor the GB price.

You can find the chip's information here: http://www.speedtuningusa.com/products/audi.htm

Possible to drive down there and have it chipped? I can't afford any downtime really as this is my DD.

maybe..but I think you have to pay in advance as the other interested buyers, then you may drive down there to get it chipped. I am not sure yet.

is this for the b5 only? And if I wanted to do a BT later on, would I be able to remove this to install the new software?

It says at the begining:
"All 1.8T’s, 2.8l V6 30v, 3.0l V6 30v US$ 125.00.
All older 4.2l V8 and older S4 2.7T US$ 150.00.
All newer S, FSI and TFSI if we have them covered US$ 150.00, but check back with us first."

Speedtuning also has K04 upgrade. Yes you can install new software later on.

I saw that, but theres also the same group buy in the B5 section. I thought there were 3 different 1.8ts for the A4s thats why I asked.

yeah sure. I cant get the link to work, my internet is screwed. What gains would I be looking at for a B6 1.8t? also, what is needed for the stage 2? injectors?

^^^
Model Standard HP/ Torque Nm Optimized HP/ Torque Nm
A4 1.8T 150 / 210 196 / 258
170 / 225 209 / 345

Probably a better dv.

No offense but their site is with the power charts and what not is really a hack job.

I think for everyone if you can decipher through that garble and incorrectly lined up chart what actual power gains etc. for which model would be super.

Also why speeding tuning vs the others?

ok I just saw you just put that info up. And im assuming the second set like you said is with a different DV...
