CAI's offer a better throttle response and a better sound if your into that sorta thing.

Throttle response is always good, but sound...meh, I'm not to fond of the sound she makes now as it is. Might still chance one though...whats a muffle job to quiet it up a bit [:p]

best proof you'll get is to do it to your car and compare the results. I'm not claiming any sort of significant HP gain, but it does allow the car (generally) to breathe better. It all depends on the applicaton and the company's design. Unfortunately you CAN get a CAI that robs you of HP if the company shit the bed on R+D lol.
