I have a sony 5mgp camara but for some reason the pics come out like that. Dont know what it is.

did you use a tripod? you might have tinker with the settings

I took those today. Im telling you I kept still and every time I took the pics they where like that. Not even one came out clear

If you don't use a flash (flash won't do any good at night) you'll need to get a tripod. Not using a flash = blurry pictures any time.

And even if you THINK you kept still. At night its very very sensitive. Place the camera down on something and shoot at night, see if u get a clear image

at least they're the same wheels on both sides...i've seen imports with 2 totally different wheels on each side, looks nutty...
you're car looks excellent...keep fiddlin with the camera, you'll get it
