Hi all,

just wondering if you guys ever buy the Load Sill Protective Sheet Audi Q5 OEM? Is it any good or there's something out there that are better? If so, where can I get it?

Thanks

I went with a 3M Stone Guard package for my Q5. It included the top of the rear bumper.

As you can see, the kit is virtually invisible, including the piece on the bumper. The bumper piece prices out at CDN $70 installed, but was less with the full kit.

I'm sure there's a ton of guys in LA that do this, but Shadow Tinting (http://shadowtinting.com/) has a great application page (http://catalog.shadowtinting.com/partquery/search) so you can see the different options if this is something that interests you.

Does anyone know what part of the vehicle the Audi version protects - I can't tell from the picture. Is the 'sill' the top of the bumper or the chrome piece at the end of the cargo floor? I have dogs that will be jumping into the back of the Q5 and can see that trashing the top of the bumper unless I do something to protect it.

Thanks

It's for the top of the bumper.
